Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (REVO, c./o. TELESTAR-DIGITAL GmbH, Am Weiher 14, 56766 Ulmen, Phone: +49 2676 / 9 52 00, Fax: +49 2676 / 9 52 01 00, Email: info@telestar.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the withdrawal form template provided here for this purpose, but it is not required.
Withdrawal form
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We can refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to TELESTAR-DIGITAL GmbH, Am Weiher 14. 56766 Ulmen immediately and in any case within thirty days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics or functionality of the goods.
